These Terms, Conditions and Legal Notice regulate the access and use of our Websites.

2. Legislation
The use of the Websites is also subject to all the notices, regulations of use and instructions, made known to the user in these Terms, Conditions and Legal Notice.
In general, the relations between Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. with the users of its telematic services, present on the Websites, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
For any litigious matter, both parties, Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to jurisdiction and competence exclusive of the Courts and Tribunals of Seville (Spain).
3. Use and user access
The user is informed, and accepts, that access to the aforementioned Websites does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a commercial relationship with Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L.
Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its Websites without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services that are provided through them, such as the way in which they appear presented or located on their servers.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the mentioned Websites (including, without limitation, databases, images and photographs, drawings, graphics and text files) are the property of Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. or content providers, having been, in the latter case, the object of a license or assignment by them, and are protected by national or international intellectual property regulations.
The collection, design, arrangement and assembly of all the content of the Web sites is the exclusive property of Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. and is protected by national regulations and international industrial and intellectual property.
The brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos of the aforementioned Web sites are owned by Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. and are duly registered.
The texts, data and graphic drawings are the property of Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. or of the information provider entities, and cannot be subject to further modification, copying, transformation , alteration, reproduction, adaptation or translation by third parties, without the express authorization of the owner of said content. The making available of the texts, data and graphic drawings does not imply, in any case, the transfer of their ownership or the granting of a right of exploitation, reproduction, dissemination, transformation, distribution, or transmission in their favor, other than the right of use that involves the legitimate use of Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L.
5. Website content and links
Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. is not responsible for the misuse of the contents of its websites, being the sole responsibility of the person who accesses them or the use.
The owners of other websites who wish to create a hyperlink to the pages owned by Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. undertake not to establish links to websites where they do not the Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. logo appears and no longer make false, inaccurate or incorrect statements, which may mislead or, in general, which are contrary to the laws.
The owners of other websites who wish to create a hyperlink to the pages owned by Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L. undertake, likewise, not to establish hyperlinks with websites that contain content, manifestations or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, apology of terrorism and, in general, may in any way damage the good name or image of Colegio Británico de Sevilla S.L.
